How often should I have duct maintenance?

Ideally, your air handling system (HVAC) should be cleaned annually. A clean system saves you money by letting your HVAC components work more easily and efficiently. It also prevents mold from taking hold. If it's been longer than a year, be sure to contact us to help.

My dryer isn't fully drying my clothes. Can you help?

Absolutely. Lint builds up not only in the dryer drum's filter, but throughout the vent from your dryer to the outside. When it accumulates over time, it not only prevents your clothes from getting fully dried, but it becomes a fire hazard. Stay safe - and be amazed when your dryer works like new!

Regular vents cleaning per system - $350

Intake vent prices depend on amount to be cleaned and distance, starting at $95 per intake

Mold treatment if necessary, starting from $685 per system

Regular Dryer vent cleaning $99 (blockage removal $180 additional)
